WPL Publishing Company, Inc., is located in Bethesda, Maryland, just outside Washington DC, and has been involved in various editorial and publishing projects for the construction industry over the years. WPL publishes the Construction Claims Advisor weekly and Construction Project Controls monthly newsletters. WPL also publishes The P3-to-Project Manager Transition Guide and The Guide to Web-Based Project Management in Construction, (2005 edition to be published August 2005).
