Scheduling is Key
A major focus of this newsletter is the importance of scheduling and is the subject of two regular columns. Studies consistently show that projects properly scheduled outperform those that are not. In addition to successful projects, schedules are also instrumental in the quantification and support of claims for delay and impact. Projects of all sizes can benefit from the use of critical path method (CPM) schedule applications and this is one area where contractors almost always see a positive return on investment.
