It was inevitable that building information modeling and green building practices would eventually merge. Autodesk has acquired three green building modules to add to its arsenal of BIM tools. With more and more municipalities and the federal government requiring sustainable features and LEED certification, it’s only a matter of time until the other BIM vendors follow suit. John Jurewicz offers a look at the three platforms now under the Autodesk umbrella in this month’s BIM feature.

Also this month, Larry True provides helpful tips on how to approach computer training. Whether you’re implementing a company-wide change or one within a single department, his advice can save you time and money.

Finally, we present a Primavera how-to article by consultant Doug Findley, who explains the ins and outs of Primavera’s Organization Breakdown Structure.
