Ignorance is not bliss if you're a scheduler. Gordon Aronson insists that a scheduler is not a data entry clerk. He or she must be a sort of jack of all trades who knows a project from start to finish. Says Aronson of his early years as a scheduler, "I was taught that the work product I released to others was my full and total responsibility."
