Session 2 -- Oct. 14, 2009, 1:00-2:30 p.m. (EDT)
Developing the Detailed ("Level 3") Schedule
Paul Brough and Ralph Waagner of Warner Construction Consultants will cover best practices and pointers for creating a schedule for the first three months of a project, including relevant details such as activities, logic ties, code fields and work breakdown structures (WBS).

Session 3 -- Oct. 28, 2009, 1:00-2:30 p.m. (EDT)
Resource-Loaded Schedules, Productivity and Capturing Historical Data
William Hornbake of WH Scheduling and Lynn Wenger of Schedules Inc. will discuss why schedulers should load resources, the types of resources available, productivity measurements, and the differences between the resource management tools available in Primavera's P3 and P6's resource management across an enterprise.

Session 4 -- Nov. 4, 2009, 1:00-2:30 p.m. (EST)
Properly Updating and Maintaining the CPM Schedule
Mark Doran and George Bonnar, co-founders of Bonnar Doran Scheduling Consultants, will conclude the series with a discussion on why a detailed CPM baseline schedule is a major priority at the start of every construction project. They will also address how, when and why to update the schedule through the course of the project, as well as touch on how to deal with a recovery schedule.

Each session will conclude with a 10 to 15-minute, interactive question-and-answer session so listeners can discuss specific issues or gain additional knowledge about topics discussed. This series is specifically geared towards schedulers, project managers, project engineers, architects, construction managers, office engineers and other team members involved in the day-to-day operations of a construction or design-build project.
