The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), which has 45 districts worldwide, has big plans for its building information infrastructure. In a recent webinar sponsored by Construction Project Controls and BIM Report, USACE's David Rackmales reported that his agency will pursue, "aggressively," adoption of the Construction Operations Building Information Exchange and sign an enterprise license agreement with AutoDesk.
